As the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. As your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made through Cocodp Services are non-refundable or not exchangeable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

If you consider that your Digital Products are unavailable, please contact Cocodp through support@cocodp.com. Only under the circumstance that Cocodp confirms your Digital Products are unavailable by technical methods, Cocodp will contact you and provide new Digital Products in accordance with your original purchase purpose.

Subject to the content above and the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you shall be solely responsible for any purchase and be liable for all the losses arising therefrom, including but not limited to following:

(a) all the losses resulting from any incorrect information that you voluntarily provide or violation of Cocodp’s Terms of Service;

(b) fraud and/or unauthorised transactions;

(c) incorrect purchase due to compatibility issues;

(d) the amount charged on your invoice sent by any bank or any third-party payment service provider may not be the same as it appears on Cocodp or receipt contained in your e-mail sent by Cocodp due to transfer fees and any other reason; and

(e) if duplicate charges occur on your purchase, please contact Cocodp via support@cocodp.com within five (5) days after receipt of notification of charge.

Cocodp reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, product or service offerings without prior notice.
